Immediately after purchase you will receive a download link to the email from which you used to purchase your sample pack. If it's your first purchase from us, there is a chance that the email could end up in your junk folder. So don't forget to check there and mark us as a safe sender!

Our samples all come in the .wav format which is the industry standard for audio in music and video production. You'll find that every piece of music and video production software will support this file type.

Every so often we deem it necessary to update our customers products to keep their packs sounding fresh and modern. When we do so you will be notified via the email you used to purchase the file to download a newer, updated version of it.
