Buying samples can be a bit daunting. We want you to feel welcome at The Sample Stop and know that your money won't go to waste on a pack that over-promises and under-delivers.
We want our packs to be the highest possible quality and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. That is why we offer a 30 day return window guarantee on all of our packs.
If your pack wasn't quite what you were looking for, please reach out to us at robert@thesamplestop.co.uk for assistance on getting your refund. There is a contact form on our contact page.
We stand by the fact that our packs are worth every penny spent and we are determined to make something amazing each time.
Be advised: We do not offer complete refunds on bundles. Only partial refunds (worth 1 sample pack) will be offered due to the number of packs included in these bundles.
Be advised: Once your refund is issued you immediately lose the right to use any of our products. If we feel like there is fraudulent activity (purchasing only to ask for a refund, then downloading them, etc) we have the right to deny a refund at our own discretion.
Be advised: The standard 14-day cooling off period, as stated on the official Europe website, does not apply anymore once you download the pack. We can determine whether you've downloaded the packs based on the data from our service provider. The 72 hour return window still applies however.
Be advised: We offer only 1 refund every 6 months. When you've downloaded one of our packs, and we have already issued a refund upon your first request, you are not eligible for a new refund until 6 months after that order.
Be advised: We require a detailed explanation of the reason as to why you'd like a refund.
Be advised: We don't offer refunds on accidental purchases. It is your responsibility to order the correct product you'd like to receive. Please double check your order before placing it.
